I love being able to adjust the pillow with one, two, or three pillow inserts. Other pillows are too thick for comfort in my experience.

The pillows are very nice. I ordered and paid for two pillow covers , but only received one. These were exceptional....the softness they add to the pillow is amazing. Could you check my order and maybe send me another one. I've been waiting for it , should have contacted you earlier. Thank you;

Love that they're customizable. I like mine extra soft, with only one insert while my husband prefers stiff, with all three. I purchased extra cases so i have three soft pillows.

I bought this pillow and it is a excellent pillow high quality I get no more neck pain because it's flat I had to take out one of the inserts which is another pillow and since I had to do that I had to order another cover which means now I have two pillows to switch with is a great value and so is the actual pillow

Great concept for finding just the right pillow for you. One pillow has three inserts. We like the flatness of using just one of the three inserts so we ordered extra pillow cases and from the one pillow, we made three pillows by purchasing two extra pillow cases. Well made and comfortable!

Adjustability in thickness of pillow. You get three flat pillow inserts and a padded cover. You can use multi inserts to get the pillow thickness desired. I only need 1 insert so I bought an extra two padded covers giving me three pillows. Best value

I bought one pillow with 3 sections, 2 extra covers and I ended up with 3 perfect pillows. The three sections are vacuum packed. When I fluffed them up, each section was just the way I like them. I like a soft pillow. Soft enough to be comfortable and still firm enough to hold it's shape. I ordered 2 extra covers and have 3 pillows. The covers have a little padding, too. I've searched for a long time to find a pillow that I really like! Ypu can't go wrong with this one!
