Love that they're customizable. I like mine extra soft, with only one insert while my husband prefers stiff, with all three. I purchased extra cases so i have three soft pillows.

Adjustability in thickness of pillow. You get three flat pillow inserts and a padded cover. You can use multi inserts to get the pillow thickness desired. I only need 1 insert so I bought an extra two padded covers giving me three pillows. Best value
This product is very good quality and and super soft it does make a difference in my pillow and my sleep I really recommend it.
i liked them so much i bought one for myself. along with 2 extra pillow cases so that i could removed 2 of the pillows from the singular case and use them as 2 extra pillows.
