Adjustability in thickness of pillow. You get three flat pillow inserts and a padded cover. You can use multi inserts to get the pillow thickness desired. I only need 1 insert so I bought an extra two padded covers giving me three pillows. Best value

I bought this pillow and it is a excellent pillow high quality I get no more neck pain because it's flat I had to take out one of the inserts which is another pillow and since I had to do that I had to order another cover which means now I have two pillows to switch with is a great value and so is the actual pillow
